NINE ...

16 June 2013

Up and away early for a quick hit on Curve Ridge.

I was first on the hill and the Rannoch Wall looked majestic as I climbed past. 1hr 10mins had me at the top of the ridge, so I traversed right onto Crowberry ridge and climbed up to the best picnic spot in Glen Coe, Crowberry Tower.

Next up and moving fast was Gerry who took some pics of me on tower (thanks). We caught up on the summit, exchanged email addresses and walked off together till the head of
Coire Na Tulaich. Keen to make the most of the sunshine I headed up Stob na Doire for a look see ...

I came off the hill by the West Ridge
to see what the winter had done to my Dad's (being fathers day) installation (not something I recommend people do but Dad built this many years ago when we were both daft and didn’t know any better... he is still daft but, I now know better).

A great day but a moments lapse of concentration on the A82 had me pick up more points for speeding.
